Our client in Indonesia is looking for a Training Manager to help grow a high-impact internal Training Academy from the ground up.

As the Training Manager, you'll take the lead in managing all the administrative and operational aspects of their training function—from schedules and logistics to reporting and resource planning. This is your chance to create structure, improve efficiency, and help teams grow and learn better.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and manage the daily operations of our Training Academy.
  • Handle all training logistics: scheduling, attendance, venues, trainers, and materials.
  • Ensure a smooth training experience by coordinating with internal teams and facilitators.
  • Track participation, feedback, and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain organized training records, reports, and documentation.
  • Manage training calendars and keep sessions running on time and on target.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Admin, and department leads to support training delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in training coordination, program administration, or office management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, Google Workspace, and basic reporting tools.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proactive, reliable, and thrives in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with LMS or training platforms before.
