Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance training modules covering technical skills, leadership, soft skills, compliance, and product knowledge, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct training using various methods (workshops, coaching, on-the-job training, and e-learning).
- Engage sales teams and field employees by delivering interactive, practical training sessions tailored to their challenges.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted development programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs for field employees (e.g., sales teams, frontline workers).
- Able to engage and motivate participants with diverse backgrounds, particularly sales teams who work in dynamic, target-driven environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel on a business trip (if needed).
- Willing to work from office (Bandung).
