Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum age of 30 years with at least 5 years of experience in the same position
- Possess a valid SIM A license and able to drive inter-city
- Willing to work over the weekend and undertake extensive business trips
- Hardworking, quick to respond, and able to work long hours
- Proficient in graphic design, technical online meetings, photo & video creation and recording
- Good in administration, Excel, PowerPoint, AI, and tech-savvy
- Possess a serving attitude, good people skills, and excellent communication skills
- Mature personality, able to work under minimal guidance and supervision
- Fluent in reading and speaking English, with Mandarin or Japanese as an additional option
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Handling administrative work related to training activities
- Managing projects as assigned
- Assisting the Department Head with daily operations
- Preparing reports and compiling budgets
- Designing gifts and gimmicks, sourcing vendors for production and distribution
