Job Description

  • Liaise with Product Team, in order to deliver accurate information of product updates to CS Team
  • Create a variety of training solutions and methods based on the difficulty metrics of new product updates, in order to ensure the completeness of training materials
  • Deliver training and standardize flow handling process to CS Team, in order to improve team’s skill and knowledge in technical/product and also to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with leads across CS function in finding gaps of interpersonal improvements, in order to provide recommendations and meet the company’s standard
  • Deliver training, constructive feedback, and counselling of the trainees, in order to improve customer service skills and communication

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher degree from a reputable university
  • At least 1-year experience as a Trainer within the Customer Service area
  • Get used to Training Need Analysis, Training Design & Development, Training Delivery, Coaching, and Training Evaluation
  • Microsoft Office & Presentation Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
