Qualifications

  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
  • Experience in the same role within the BPO industry.
  • Assist in project delivery, monitor team service quality and efficiency, and promote achievement of KPIs.
  • Highly sensitive to customer complaints, able to anticipate and properly handle unexpected situations.
  • Good at organizing performance coaching for staff, implementing performance improvements, and controlling staff turnover.
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
