• Deliver refresher and upskilling sessions to improve agent performance.
• Design and maintain training materials in line with client requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire training programs covering ecommerce processes, systems, and customer service standards.
• Deliver refresher, upskilling, and cross-training sessions to improve agent performance.
• Design, update, and maintain training materials (manuals, presentations, SOPs) in line with client requirements and process changes.
• Track training effectiveness and provide reports to management on training outcomes, pass rates, and performance improvement.
• Participate in calibration and alignment sessions to ensure training content meets client and compliance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest ecommerce trends, tools, and customer behavior to keep training relevant.

Job Requirements

• Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Communications, Training & Development, or related field (preferred but not always mandatory).
• 2â3 years of experience as a Trainer/Coach in a BPO environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Mandarin. Cantonese language more preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
