Job Summary:

We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Trainer to support our growing team in Yogyakarta! The selected candidate will undergo initial training in China, so an active passport and readiness to travel are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions in Mandarin and English.

• Localize training materials for Mandarin-speaking teams.

• Track and evaluate trainees’ performance.

• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure training effectiveness.

• Provide coaching and post-training support.

Qualifications:

• Indonesian citizen with an active passport (mandatory for training in China)

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• Experience in training/teaching/facilitation is a plus, especially in the BPO industry

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta after training
