As our Trade Marketing & Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing trade marketing strategies while managing relationships with key accounts. Your mission? To ensure our products dominate the market and exceed consumer expectations!

Responsibilities

  • Develop Winning Strategies: Design and execute trade marketing plans that drive sales and enhance brand visibility across channels.
  • Collaborate with Key Accounts: Build strong partnerships with competitor retailers to negotiate and implement promotional plans.
  • Leverage expertise to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key accounts.
  • Analyze Market Trends: Monitor market performance, activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Drive In-Store Excellence: Oversee merchandising and ensure our products are top-of-mind for shoppers.
  • Prepare Channel Plans: Develop and execute tailored channel strategies to align with business objectives.
  • Handle and Review Budgets: Manage and monitor the budget of key accounts, ensuring effective allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Manage budgets and ensure optimal ROI for trade promotions and activities (optimize trade spend).
  • Translate Strategies to Action: Master ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing strategies, translating them into relevant and impactful shopper-focused campaigns.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless execution.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in Trade Marketing, Key Account Management, or a similar role in FMCG.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proven expertise in Key Account Management and Trade Marketing experience.
    • Finance and reimbursement understanding to manage budgets and optimize trade spend.
    • Ability to translate ATL (Above-the-Line) strategies into BTL (Below-the-Line) executions effectively.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of shopper behavior to develop impactful marketing campaigns.
    • Attitude: A go-getter with a growth mindset and passion for delivering results.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
