Job summary

A consumer product startup in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Sales Manager to manage sales targets with distributors and retailers. Responsibilities
  • Managing sales targets directly with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in specific area territory.
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements.
  • Acquiring in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market.
  • Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments in HQ to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end customer service delivery & response to market trends & needs.
  • Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related.
  • Proven experience in sales, distribution, or territory management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong skills in customer relationship management and business development.
