A leading company is seeking a Trade Marketing Executive to drive end-to-end execution of Point-of-Sale Materials and activation programs. The role involves managing POSM production, ensuring quality execution in Modern Trade channels, and conducting market analyses to optimize future trade initiatives.
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for end-to-end execution of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) and activation programs across Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Modern Trade Independent (MTI) channels. This role ensures that all trade marketing initiatives are implemented effectively in the field, maintaining brand consistency, execution quality, and alignment with commercial objectives. This position is a contract-based employee.
Responsibilities
POSM & Activation Execution
-Manage the full process of POSM production and deployment—from briefing to execution.
-Ensure timely and accurate implementation of in-store activations in MT channels.
-Monitor, evaluate, and report on activation results and effectiveness.
-Coordinate with third-party vendors, creative agencies, and POSM production partners.
-Standardize POSM and activation execution quality across regions.
-Conduct regular review and feedback sessions with vendors to improve execution excellence.
-Work closely with Key Account teams to align on trade plans and priorities.
-Tailor trade activities and visibility tools to fit specific retail environment and shopper behavior in Modern Trade channels.
Monitoring & Reporting
-Conduct regular market visits to check execution compliance and collect competitor insights.
-Provide post-activity evaluations, including ROI analysis and learnings for future improvements.
-Maintain accurate documentation of POSM inventory and usage tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Activation, or Channel Execution in FMCG.
Familiar with Modern Trade (MTI, Hyper/Supermarket) environment and dynamics.
Strong coordination, project management, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience managing agencies or third-party vendors is a plus.
Willing to travel for store checks or project implementation if needed.
