Job summary

Moelle in Indonesia seeks a Trade Marketing and Events Manager to plan and execute sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, store campaigns and product launches. You will manage budgets, coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and external partners, monitor campaigns, analyze KPIs, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience in trade marketing or event management, with strong project management, communication, and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Event Management, Retail Marketing, BTL, or related fields.
• Experience handling sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, and store campaigns.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales events, exhibitions, roadshows, and trade marketing activations.
• Plan and execute store campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other related teams.
• Manage event and campaign vendors, agencies, contractors, and external partners.
• Manage trade marketing budgets, quotations, production, and campaign expenses.
• Monitor store campaign and event execution to ensure proper implementation and brand compliance.
• Monitor and analyze sales event and campaign performance based on established KPIs.
• Prepare campaign reports, evaluate results, and develop improvement plans for future activities.
