A leading cosmetics company in Indonesia is seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies. You will manage trade promotions, drive growth in Modern Trade and E-Commerce, and evaluate performance metrics. The ideal candidate has a degree in Marketing and at least 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in the FMCG or Beauty industry. Strong project management and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Translate brand and category strategies into actionable trade plans by channel and key customer.
Build and manage the annual trade activation calendar, aligning with brand priorities, commercial needs, and seasonality.
Develop high-impact promotions, visibility programs, and in-store mechanics to win at the point of purchase.
Partner with the Key Account Team to design promo strategies and channel mix that maximize ROI for Offline Channel & ROAS for Online Channel
Drive channel-specific growth plans for either Modern Trade or E-Com channel, based on market dynamics and strategic priorities.
Lead pilots and innovation projects in the focus channel, scaling what works across the business
Evaluate ROI/ROAS and performance of all trade activities with support from Key Account and Performance Analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in the FMCG or Beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of trade marketing concepts, consumer behavior, and offline and online channel dynamics.
Proven ability to design and execute trade activations, promotions, and in-store visibility programs.
Skilled in ROI/ROAS analysis and performance evaluation of trade activities.
Strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Strategic, results-driven, and creative problem solver with excellent communication skills.
