Job description

Job Description – Trade and Activation Supervisor

Develop and execute trade marketing and in-store activation plans aligned with brand and sales objectives.

Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless execution of trade programs.

Lead and supervise field teams to ensure timely implementation of promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to generate actionable insights.

Evaluate effectiveness of trade campaigns and activations, including ROI analysis and reporting.

Manage budget allocations for promotional activities and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Technical Skills:

Budget management & cost control for trade activities

Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles

Reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint) is a must

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor trade marketing & activation programs to drive sales and brand visibility.

Track and analyze the performance of trade programs, deliver post-activity evaluations and ROI reports.

Develop market insights through field visits, competitor monitoring, and customer feedback.

Manage activation budget effectively while ensuring maximum campaign impact.

Build strong relationships with key channel partners, store owners, and vendors to support trade goals.

Ensure brand consistency in all trade-related executions and activations across channels.
