Dorsch Global is seeking a Traction Power and SCADA Specialist to lead and coordinate engineering activities for traction power supply and SCADA systems in Indonesia. You will review detailed designs, drive substation engineering, and ensure compliance with EN, IEC and IEEE standards while coordinating with OCS, protection, and power quality teams.
The role requires advanced engineering education, 15 years in related fields, and language proficiency per European railway standards.
The Traction Power and SCADA Specialist leads and coordinates all engineering activities for traction power supply and SCADA systems. This role is responsible for reviewing detailed and functional designs to ensure full compliance with international standards (EN, IEC, IEEE) and local regulations
Review Detailed and Functional Engineering Designs for power supply and SCADA systems to issue technical recommendations for Employer approval
Lead and coordinate all power supply and SCADA design activities, including substation engineering and hardware deployment
Ensure all design documentation and engineering activities strictly adhere to EN, IEC, IEEE standards, statutory regulations, and quality requirements
Support and manage technical integration between traction power, OCS, SCADA, protection, and power quality systems
Evaluate the interface and configuration management proposed by the design consultants to ensure technical consistency across systems
Verify design documentation for compliance with quality assurance requirements and determine reasoned opinions for approval or rejection
Master’s degree or higher in a related Engineering or Management Field
15 Years of Experience in Task-Related Fields
Experience working with European Railway Standards is Advantage
TOEFL >= 70 / IELTS >=6.0 / TOEIC >= 750 / CEFR: B2 or better
