About the role

We are seeking an experienced Town Management Manager to join our team, a leading real estate and property development company based in Jakarta, Banten & West Java. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of our residential and commercial properties across the Jakarta region.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards
  • Oversee the work of customer service, engineering, maintenance crews, cleaners, and other property management staff to deliver exceptional service to our tenants and residents
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of services, negotiating contracts to optimise costs and service levels
  • Monitor property budgets and financial performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
  • Respond promptly to tenant/resident inquiries and address any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the broader real estate team on strategic planning and development projects

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property or township/facilities management, preferably in the property sector.
  • Proven track record in overseeing the operational and financial performance of a diverse property portfolio
  • Strong understanding of property management best practices, township management, and vendor/contractor management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with tenants, residents, and internal stakeholders
  • Financial acumen and the ability to analyse data to identify cost savings and optimise budgets
  • Familiarity with relevant real estate regulations, codes, and safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., property management, facilities management, or real estate)
