Job description

Tower OSP General Contracting Project Delivery Manager

Fluent in English (both spoken and written).

More than 5 years of experience in large-scale communication/infrastructure project delivery management. Familiar with the entire process of high-tower OSP (Outside Plant, communication outside line) projects, including survey and design, construction deployment, acceptance, and delivery.

Proficient in schedule control, cost budgeting, quality and safety management. Skilled in using PMI methodology or tools to formulate plans and monitor execution.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Overall Project Control: Manage the entire project lifecycle, develop plans, and ensure the achievement of progress, quality, and safety objectives.
  2. Resource Coordination and Management: Coordinate internal and external resources (design, construction, procurement, etc.), solve problems, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  3. Communication and Risk Control: Liaise with clients, supervisors, and other stakeholders; report progress in a timely manner; identify risks and formulate response plans.
  4. Delivery and Acceptance Management: Organize construction, commissioning, and acceptance processes to ensure compliance with contractual and specification requirements, and complete project delivery and settlement.
  5. Project Personnel Training & Traditional Project Delivery Support: Provide training to project personnel and support traditional project delivery processes for the overall customer base.
