TOOLMAKER AND REPAIR

PT. Yilin Aguatech Indonesia is a China-USA joint company in Batam since 2019, manufacturing irrigation products such as sprayers and pumps for the USA market. We are looking for a Toolmaker and Repair. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Job Description:

1. Fully understand the structure, performance, and working principle of equipment and molds, master the adjustment methods, and improve the ability to handle problems and troubleshoot.
2. Responsible for the daily maintenance of the mold, as well as the first, second, and third level maintenance, and regular maintenance and inspection of the mold.
3. Supervise and guide the injection molding technician on the operating procedures of the molds and maintain the molds.
4. Solve the abnormalities of the mold during the injection molding production process and ensure the smooth completion of the production task.
5. Maintain the mold according to the injection molding schedule to ensure that each mold is qualified before it is put into the machine.
6. Ensure that every work carried out is done in accordance with SOP and safety standards.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education is Senior High School / Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
2. Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
4. Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet production demands.
