Job summary

Michelin Indonesia is seeking a Tire Industrilization Engineer to design and industrialize tire models that meet strict product, cost, and production standards.

You will support the industrialization process to ensure smooth implementation in manufacturing and drive continuous improvement by addressing design and manufacturing issues with structured problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to use mechanical design software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
• Good planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Business English proficiency (B2).
• Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
