TikTok Shop Social Media Senior Associate - Integrated Marketing

The SEA Integrated Marketing team crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience.

Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube) in line with Tokopedia’s brand and business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content, engagement, and campaign effectiveness through regular reporting and actionable insights.
  • Conduct ongoing social listening to identify emerging trends, consumer sentiments, campaign-related and potential issues or opportunities relevant to the brand.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, digital behavior, and cultural trends to ensure TikTok Shop stays relevant and ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (creative, creators, online marketing and brand teams) and external agencies to plan and execute high-impact campaigns and real-time content activations.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and community engagement across all social touchpoints.
  • Support campaign retrospectives and competitive benchmarking to refine social strategies over time.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in managing brand presence on major social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with creative/media agencies, internal and external stakeholders from diverse functions.
