In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and driving operational improvements in our middle mile and line haul logistics processes. Your focus will be on optimizing cost and lead time while ensuring service reliability across the network. Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze current middle mile and line haul operations to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies and lead time optimizations.
• Work closely with planning, ground operations, and vendor partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Support the rollout of process changes and track their impact on performance metrics.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs to support data-driven decision making.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve end-to-end logistics efficiency.
