About the Team This role will support SMB (Small Medium Business) Platform-Level Projects where you will lead high-impact initiatives to drive GMV growth for our sellers or focus on internal optimizations. You will work within a dynamic environment, where each quarter’s priorities are set based on platform most urgent needs.

Success in this role means skillfully managing multiple complex projects, collaborating across functions, and influencing key stakeholders with data-backed insights. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Hypothesis-Led Opportunity Mapping – Rapidly build a fact base, size revenue upside and cost take-out, and translate the highest-NPV seller and/or account managers pain points into concise, prioritised BRDs.
  • Product Influence & Stakeholder Alignment – Act as the single voice of ID Ecommerce Ops: guide BRDs through the product funnel, shape them into PRDs with Product/Tech, and secure senior management sponsorship for each solution to be turned into development.
  • Tech-Enabled Solution Delivery – Orchestrate cross-functional squads on design, validation, and scale automation and self-service capabilities that boost seller productivity, enhance support quality, and unlock structural operating leverage.
  • Quantitative Impact Governance – Embed hard KPIs from day one, link every feature to revenue lift or cost reduction, and convert data into crisp dashboards and narratives that drive data-driven decisions at all levels.
  • Central Ops Enablement & Capability Building – Centralise all product requests for the Ops organisation, codify a repeatable intake-to-execution playbook, and coach junior talent so the team consistently ships measurable results.
