About the team: The Education team designs and delivers projects that empower sellers and internal employees through scalable approaches. Our mission is to equip stakeholders with the knowledge, tools, and capabilities to succeed, ensuring initiatives are impactful, measurable, and aligned with business goals.

We work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality education programs, outreach strategies, and capability-building projects. About the role: We are seeking an Education Project Manager (Individual Contributor) to plan, execute, and optimize education initiatives for both sellers and internal employees.

This role is not limited to a single scope — you may be assigned to projects such as seller education programs, internal employee capability building, content development, training curriculum design, outreach campaigns, or process improvement. You will manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with stakeholders across functions, and ensure delivery meets quality, impact, and scalability goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage education projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, etc.) to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Support content development in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs, analyze results, and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Streamline processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability of education programs.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables, following brand, policy, and content standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically account/category management or marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once.
