The SEA Integrated Marketing team (IMC) crafts and executes integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. The team builds brand awareness, drives user engagement, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Whether it's launching innovative marketing campaigns, optimizing user interfaces, or crafting compelling narratives, the team's contributions are essential to TikTokShop's success in SEA.

Responsibilities
  • Provide bottom-up input and align campaign P0 targets with all 6 SEA countries and other stakeholders.
  • Break down targets into actionable and quantifiable metrics for each country and initiative.
  • Understand current challenges and project future potential of campaign key initiatives.
  • Identify gaps between future potential and current situation, and determine required actions to reach targets.
  • Develop achievable and ambitious target metrics for each initiative and country.
  • Review key initiative achievements for each campaign.
  • Identify high-level areas for improvement in each initiative.
  • Drive review collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Understand operational challenges and issues.
  • Communicate necessary improvements to related stakeholders for each campaign initiative.
  • Ensure all initiatives have the infrastructure needed to achieve objectives.
  • Identify pain points through timely feedback management from both country and regional teams.
  • Develop high-level ideas for infrastructure improvements to address pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement necessary improvements.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or relevant/quantitative disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or related roles within a fast-paced technology or e-commerce company.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to address complex business issues and communicate findings effectively.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting, and influencing decision-making.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and data structuring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce or strategy consulting.
  • Knowledge of SQL is highly preferred.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Results-oriented with strong business acumen. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
