Responsibilities

Host and manage live stream sessions on TikTok, Shopee, and other e-commerce platforms, effectively showcasing products and engaging with the audience.

Develop a deep understanding of our product range to communicate features and benefits compellingly and authentically during live streams.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute live stream themes, scripts, and promotional strategies that align with brand goals and sales targets.

Monitor audience feedback and engagement, adapting your presentation style and content to maximize viewer interest and interaction.

Stay updated with the latest trends in live streaming and e-commerce, implementing innovative ideas to enhance viewer experience and brand presence.

Requirements

A charismatic personality with excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English is preferred.

Experience in live streaming, hosting, or related fields. A background in e-commerce or sales is a plus.

Strong understanding of social media and e-commerce platforms, with an ability to adapt to different digital environments.

A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a high level of energy and ability to engage an audience for extended periods.

Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments is crucial.

Prior experience in the Mom & Baby industry, or a strong interest in related products, will be highly regarded.
