TikTok Creator Business Development Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for identifying and reaching out to TikTok live streamers and short video creators to establish initial communication and cooperation.
2. Match suitable creators based on product positioning and promotional needs, and coordinate sample delivery and collaboration execution.
3. Manage the entire collaboration process: outreach, sample delivery, content posting, and feedback collection.
4. Maintain relationships with creators, regularly update the creator database, and improve response rate and cooperation efficiency.
5. Ensure daily video posts and livestream frequency from creators meet company targets.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in e-commerce, MCN, or creator/influencer operations is preferred.
2. Priority given to candidates with a list of beauty, cosmetics, or fashion KOCs/KOLs.
3. Strong communication skills, high execution capability, proactive attitude, and a good team player.
4. Good time management and stress tolerance, able to drive projects independently.
