Job summary

A leading beauty training center in Indonesia is seeking a training specialist to conduct sessions on lymphatic massage and develop training materials for staff. This is a full-time role based at the Support Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for Facial Therapist on various topics about lymphatic massage, product knowledge to improve product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Develop training strategies and materials, including manuals / modules for lymphatic massage, presentations, and hands-on exercises.

Qualifications

• Diploma degree or equivalent is required
• Strong knowledge for lymphatic massage
• At least 5 years of experience working in the beauty industry.
• Energetic and passion to teach and motivate people
• Experience developing training materials and conducting training sessions.
• Expertise in Beauty Industry (extensive knowledge and experience of the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques.)
