Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with SDLC stages SIT/UAT and testing phases.
• Experience with test preparation and defect lifecycle.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Understanding of testing types: Functional, Integration, Regression.
• Proficient with test and defect management tools such as JIRA and ALM/QC.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing readiness with relevant stakeholders
• Collect and validate test cases, test scenarios, test data, and other testing requirements
• Ensure all test cases are executed and properly documented
• Support follow-ups with testers and business users throughout the testing process
• Support issue resolution related to environment issues or bugs by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Support daily testing administration and coordination activities as directed by the Test Manager
• Prepare, manage, and maintain testing documentation in a structured and accessible manner
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM), manage action item lists, and follow up on their progress
• Collect and consolidate testing progress from various stakeholders for reporting purposes
• Support the preparation of testing status reports, dashboards, and periodic presentations
• Manage meeting schedules, invitations, and other administrative requirements related to testing activities
• Ensure all testing documents comply with applicable formats, standards, and governance requirements
• Support audit processes, compliance reviews, and regulatory documentation requirements when needed
