Responsibilities:

  • Distributor Sales Management: Lead, coach, and manage DSR performance to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent in-store execution.
  • In-Store Execution: Execute promotional strategies, negotiate activations, and secure prime POSM placements to drive visibility and sales.
  • Relationship Management: Partner with key customers to optimize product assortment, promotions, and in-store displays.
  • Business Development: Leverage data insights to develop targeted promotions and address customer needs.
  • Customer Retention: Identify at-risk customers, understand their challenges, and propose tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Willingness to be placed anywhere in Indonesia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably Business or Marketing).
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG or related industries.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical abilities.
  • Experience in managing teams and working with distributors is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficiency in a local language is a plus.
