Increase customer market share, revenue market share, and brand visibility by ensuring strong availability, visibility, advocacy at ROs, and increasing distribution reach.
Job Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales targets (revenue, gross adds, reach, availability, visibility) through effective sales execution, excellent distribution, dealer/player/RO relationship management, and trade marketing activities.
- Attend daily dealer briefings to present performance, provide guidance, assign targets, and emphasize the importance of RMP to canvassers, ensuring Canvasser Sale-In targets to RO are met via daily monitoring in the Dealer Dashboard.
- Ensure strong availability of Reload/SP/SP Data/Device Bundling by conducting daily visits to RO/RO Pareto/RODE to meet set numbers.
- Maintain XL visibility (permanent and temporary branding) at retail outlets by monitoring daily, visiting RO/RODE, and escalating issues to Promo Lead and BM Dealer when necessary.
- Distribute updated information regarding programs, products, tools, potential areas, BTS low utilization, and strategic plans to dealer teams, ensuring understanding and proper execution.
- Educate RO about our programs, products, and regulations through periodic RO audits.
- Support the Head of Sales in confirming the location of new BTS rollouts, ensuring strategic placement.
- Strengthen distribution by improving RO retention and increasing reach of new ROs, especially in areas with less coverage or new BTS areas, by approaching competitor ROs.
- Maintain network quality through daily testing and escalate issues to sales heads and the SOM team.
- Follow up on RO complaints related to Dompul, SP, SP Data, and Dealer, escalating to HQ and Sales Heads as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with medium and low-tier players, managing their commitments and acquiring new players.
- Collect market data and insights, especially on competitor movements, coordinating with the Dealer team and informing Sales Heads.
