To perform sales activities of Home Business in regional areas to ensure the achievement of business targets.

Job Accountabilities
  1. Create regional sales plans and quotas aligned with business objectives for home business to ensure sales targets are met.
  2. Perform the end-to-end sales cycle process to ensure execution according to plan and standards.
  3. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
  4. Analyze regional market opportunities for growth.
  5. Coordinate with regions to optimize salesforce synergy.
  6. Manage sales staff and channels (direct sales, retail, partnership, etc.).
  7. Understand and implement occupational safety, health management system, and environmental management system requirements in accordance with duties and functions.
