Key Accountabilities

  • Be responsible for the sales of industrial air filtration Aftermarket within the assigned territory, either directly to end-users or through channels like distributors, resellers, OEMs, etc.
  • Execute business plans, sales strategies, processes, and activities to meet revenue targets (Net Sales, GM, NOP) by increasing revenue per customer and developing new sales opportunities.
  • Develop and expand the market in your territory by applying product solutions to meet customer needs while driving business growth.
  • Manage distribution channels in the assigned territories.
  • Identify potential growth areas by industry, product, and geographic territory; expand distribution channels accordingly.
  • Develop an understanding of products and services to better meet customer needs and effectively communicate their value.
  • Utilize business tools to manage sales pipelines, track quotes, gather competitive intelligence, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, competitors' actions, and government regulations to inform marketing strategies.
  • Promote new product ideas and applications to increase profitable sales to existing and new customers.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external contacts to effectively meet customer needs.

Education Qualification:

Relevant technical education or equivalent experience.

Technical Competence & Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong sales aptitude with excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical and mathematical capabilities.
  • Self-directed with the ability to multitask and prioritize customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, willing to learn, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.

Relevant Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of technical or industrial sales experience.
  • Filtration experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in a team environment.

Others (travel, language, etc.):

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Willingness and ability to travel, including working in industrial environments.
