A global commercial real estate company is seeking a Tenant Relations & Leasing Management professional in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves building relationships with tenants, overseeing leasing processes, and ensuring compliance with agreements. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in property management. Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa are essential. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, acting as the primary contact for lease-related matters and issue resolution.
Oversee leasing documentation, compliance, renewals, and amendments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with internal teams (property management, finance, legal) to support leasing processes and smooth operations.
Monitor lease performance, collections, and occupancy levels, providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
Support negotiation and execution of lease agreements in alignment with company policies and client objectives.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree graduate with a proven experience in leasing, tenant relations, or property management with strong administrative and contractual knowledge.
Excellent communication both in English & Bahasa and relationship management skills to engage with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.
Familiarity with lease agreements, documentation standards, and local real estate regulations.
Proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex situations and deliver tenant satisfaction.
