We are seeking a Temporary Accountant & Finance Manager to support our finance operations during a key transition period. This role is ideal for someone who is immediately available, detail-oriented, and experienced in import-focused businesses in Indonesia.

You will manage our day-to-day finance operations — from bookkeeping and supplier payments to VAT compliance and reporting — ensuring continuity until a permanent hire is made.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, record and reconcile transactions, issue sales invoices, handle multi-currency transactions.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Monitor customer payments, manage supplier payouts, track imports, allocate costs to inventory.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), provide financial insights for management.
  • Tax & Compliance: File VAT (PPN), PPh 21, PPh 23, Corporate Income Tax, work with tax consultants.
  • Import Costing & Inventory: Allocate landed costs, manage COGS and inventory valuation, reconcile stock in Zoho Inventory.
  • Zoho System Oversight: Ensure data accuracy, identify system improvements.
  • Internal Controls & Payroll: Support payroll, BPJS, expense reimbursements, uphold controls and SOPs.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • 5+ years in full-cycle accounting
  • Strong knowledge of import taxation, landed cost accounting, and Indonesian compliance
  • Proficient in Zoho Books / Inventory or similar systems
  • Fluent in Bahasa, comfortable working in English
  • Highly organized, proactive, reliable
  • Immediate availability preferred
