Job Description

• Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming products.
• Contacts potential clients and customers to generate sales.
• Contacts current clients and customers to check on service.
• Gathers and documents customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
• Keeps up to date on all products and informs customers of new products.

Requirements

• Have at least 1 year experience within a telesales role, ideally within the media & entertainment industry.
• Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
• Highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment.
