Job description

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company products/services.

Identify customer needs and provide basic solutions.

Maintain and update customer databases.

Follow up on leads and arrange appointments for the field sales team if necessary.

Contribute to team sales targets.

Jobs Requirements:

• Age between 22 – 35 years old.
• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) graduate.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telesales in a System Integrator (SI) company.
• Basic knowledge of IT products, networking solutions, hardware, software, or IT security systems is a plus.
