PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to)

  1. Proven experience in delivering online sales across multiple customer contact channels, including phone, email, web/live chat, and social media.
  2. Essential experience in omni-channel sales strategies.
  3. Preferred experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms. Identifying best practices, processes, and systems to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Employing a sound dispute resolution process to address customer complaints.
  5. Results-driven professional.
  6. Ensure sales targets and KPIs are continually reviewed and expectations are met.
  7. Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  8. Monitor and evaluate call center performance, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Key Position Criteria

  1. Excellent communication, engagement, and people development skills.
  2. Strong experience in online sales, with demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a dynamic environment. Experience with CRM and engagement platforms (HubSpot experience preferred) for seamless customer journey management.
  3. Supervise daily operations and personnel, aiming for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Implement strategic direction and change management.
  5. Build and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  6. Monitor and evaluate contact center performance, ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
