About the Role

As a Telemarketing Manager, you will address customer queries and be responsible for setting monthly and weekly targets for your team. You should possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to perform under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership & Team Management
  • Hire, lead, manage, and mentor a team of Telemarketing Representatives to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Conduct daily check-ins, weekly 1:1 meetings, and performance evaluations to ensure alignment and drive improvement.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to develop team members' skills and capabilities.
  • Review performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement (call quality, script adherence, etc.).
  • Address team issues and provide necessary support.
  • Implement performance improvement initiatives to ensure team members meet 95-120% of their targets consistently.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of daily operations and results of TMK members.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to meet performance objectives, utilizing appropriate tools, skills, and flow.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align funnel processes with overall business strategies and maintain healthy Cost of Acquisition (COA).
  • Analyze metrics and KPIs regularly, preparing insights and actionable reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new lead generation technologies to foster innovation.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless handovers of qualified leads, appointments, and shows.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
    • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience as a Telemarketing Manager, Supervisor, Lead Telesales Manager, or similar role in the Tele/Sales department.
    • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and developments.
