Job Description

  • Outbound Calling : Initiate calls to potential clients, providing information about products or services, and setting up appointments for sales teams.
  • Lead Generation : Qualify leads based on pre-established criteria, identify prospects needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Pitching : Deliver compelling and engaging sales pitches while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, follow up on leads, and answer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Meeting Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions.
  • CRM Management : Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system regarding customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups.
  • Market Research : Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor information to improve sales strategies.

Requirement

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years of telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in [industry or field].
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
  • Sales Ability : Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with experience in objection handling and closing sales.
