A leading construction management firm is seeking an organized Technology Project Coordinator to support Data Center construction projects. The role involves maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have 2–5 years of relevant experience, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. This position requires daily site visits, with an emphasis on administrative coordination.
Seeking an organized, detail-oriented Technology Project Coordinator to support Data Center construction projects with a strong emphasis on administrative coordination, documentation, safety and process control. This role ensures project records are accurate and up to date, communications flow smoothly, and administrative tasks are completed on schedule so the project team can execute work efficiently and compliantly.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain and organize project documentation: RFIs, submittals, drawings, permits, closeout files, and O&M manuals. Ensure version control and proper file naming is being utilized.
Distribute action items and follow up to completion.
Assist with project scheduling administration: record meeting minutes and maintain milestone logs.
Coordinate project onboarding and closeout paperwork; compile warranties, as-builts, and turnover documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and regulatory documentation requirements; assist with safety logs and safety reporting as needed.
Field support for administrative tasks: photo documentation, timesheet verification, site log updates, and low-level coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
Attend Daily Briefing Meetings
Project coordination and communication
Serve as a reliable point of contact for administrative inquiries from subcontractors, vendors and internal teams.
Facilitate clear, concise communication between field staff, superintendents, engineers and office teams.
Escalate project issues and administrative bottlenecks to the Project Manager with recommended solutions.
Requirements:
2–5 years construction project experience supporting projects on commercial or equivalent project engineering experience in construction.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management platforms (Bluebeam, PlanGrid, SharePoint, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia and English to communicate with local and global counterparts.
Demonstrated attention to detail: accurate data entry, proofreading, version control and follow-through.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Engineering Degree. Other degrees and Technical Certifications will be considered.
Familiarity with construction drawings (ability to read basic plans) and terminology.
Exceptional organizational skills and process orientation.
Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
Professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential documents.
Team player who can take initiative and follow instructions precisely.
High level of accuracy and consistency; methodical approach to tasks.
Office-based with daily site visits for activity reports; must be comfortable walking on active construction sites (PPE required).
