Job summary

A leading chemical solutions company in Indonesia is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure equipment runs smoothly and maintenance tasks are completed effectively. Candidates should possess a Diploma 3 in engineering and be computer literate, with good English skills. Experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome. This position requires shift work and is based at the Site Office in Cilegon.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years working experience in a similar position or fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance activities according to work instructions.
• Perform routine/non-routine maintenance to prevent equipment damage.
• Ensure waste handling complies with environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with planner before part/material withdrawal.

Skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out the maintenance activity by following the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly.
• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance based on request from planner or superior, to prevent or repair damage on equipment within the set time duration.
• Follow-Up on previously identified equipment issues to ensure the root cause and corrective actions have been taken and the problem is resolved.
• Operate tools and equipment to support maintenance and repair activities effectively and ensure smooth operation of the production process.
• Ensure proper waste handling as an impact of those above activities and make an effort in compliance with relevant environmental law and regulation.
• Coordinate with planner prior to part/material withdrawal to prevent any mistake and part/material withdrawal could be well organized.
• Real commitment towards OHS Management and its implementation, participate in OHS related key activities/ programs within the company.
• Arrange the necessary tools and equipment prior to starting any maintenance activities to optimize work efficiency.

• Have 2-3 years working experience in similar position/Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.
