Job description

Lead and supervise all technician teams (installation, service, maintenance).

Responsible for planning, controlling, and supervising the technical services.

Optimize production capacity and technician resources to achieve quality, cost, and delivery time targets.

Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth operations.

Develop and implement production and technical SOPs.

Ensure preventive & corrective maintenance runs according to standards.

Foster and develop the competence of technicians team.

Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and work effectiveness.

Prepare regular reports related to technician activities to management.

Control the implementation of work safety standards (K3).

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial position in engineering.

Understanding of manufacturing production process (preferably in fire pump, mechanical, piping, or similar fields).

Experience leading a team of technicians (maintenance / service / after sales) is a plus.

Familiar with planning, scheduling, and monitoring production & service.

Good leadership, team management, and problem solving skills.

Able to work cross-functionally and familiar with targets.

Proficient in supporting applications such as Microsoft Office, ERP, or production systems.
