Job description

A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Technician like you, to oversee and bring expertise to our team. This is the service support role for our team in Sangatta. We are looking for a hands-on candidate for engine repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Accountabilities:

• Conduct product dismantle, repair, assembly, and test per the correct procedures according to RR manufacturing and service standards.
• Ensure that the working area is in safe and clean condition as per the required standard.
• Operate based on standard procedure and applicable safety regulation in customer’s site.
• Carry out duty as per the MTU requirements in consultation with customer needs within the agreed time frame.
• Travel to the customer site to respond to customer needs/requirements.
• Prepare reports as per job assignments in a correct and accurate manner.
• Perform duties with accountability to meet customer needs as well as the standard policy and procedures of PT. MTU Indonesia.
• Special assignments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least D3 level from a related field or Technician High School with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven engine repair skill and knowledge.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Mature and able to manage working under pressure.
• Proactive with a sense of product repair skills.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Proficient in written and oral English.
