Job Description

1. Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electrical systems (panel, electromotor).
2. Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of instrumentation (level switch, level transmitter, pressure switch, pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, temperature gauge, temperature transmitter, pH sensor, flow meter).
3. Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of air compressors and air dryers.
4. Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of pneumatic and motorized shut-off valves and control valves.
5. Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of PLC & DCS control systems.
6. Provide reports to superiors if there are issues that cannot be resolved within a shift, in accordance with procedures.
7. Provide reports regarding predictive maintenance and calibration activities.
8. Ensure work health and safety principles are followed during shifts.
9. Achieve targets according to work quality objectives.

Experience

• Preferably with education majoring in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum experience working in automation and instrumentation in a palm oil processing environment.
• Having calibration certificates is preferred.
• Ability to use PLC Siemens, GE Fanuc, etc.
• Familiar with electrical single line diagrams, schematic diagrams, PID diagrams.
