Maintain the installed products according to current regulations or applied standards

Good customer satisfaction to maintain good relationships with the principals and customers

Create service and installation reports and other supporting data after visiting the customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Electromedical/Electro Engineering

Minimum 1 year experience as hemodialysis technician

Have certificates as hemodialysis engineer/training related

Good understanding of hemodialysis process

Proficient in English (verbal and written)

Have a driver's license (A, C, or both)

Willing to do regular business trips.
