Job summary

PT DCI Indonesia, Tbk is seeking a capable Technician to join our team in Cibitung, Karawang, West Java. This full-time role will help maintain and repair our facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

You will act as the first responder to alerts, perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs. A SMK or vocational background and willingness to work 24/7 shifts are required.

Qualifications

• SMK or Vocational School background required.
• Willing to work in 24/7 shift operations.
• First response for escalation.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• First responder to check and investigate alerts on the affected equipment/sensor.
• Implementing HSE Management system.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on our facilities, machinery, and equipment.
• Identify and diagnose issues, and carry out necessary repairs and replacements in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the facilities management team to implement improvement projects and upgrade.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repair work as requested.
• Stand by and do monitoring related to alert in data center.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members or vendor as needed.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and rectify a range of technical issues
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for maintenance and repair tasks, especially in cooling system, HVAC, and so on
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
