Responsibilities

• Programming soldering machines such as wave, selective solder, and other BE machines
• Process control: creating, modifying, and maintaining soldering profiles to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
• Troubleshooting and analysis
• Maintenance: performing regular cleaning and maintenance of equipment, monitoring solder pot chemistry, and conducting daily and weekly preventive maintenance

• Reporting any quality problems or defects to management for corrective action
• Performing duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering (D3 or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
