We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our global team. You'll play a key role in making complex technical information accessible and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time position
• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
• Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

Key Accountabilities

• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, including user guides, API references, FAQs, release notes, and internal manuals.
• Translate complex product features and processes into clear, concise, and accurate content.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, QA, and support teams to gather information and ensure documentation aligns with product updates.
• Develop templates, documentation standards, and best practices to maintain consistency and quality across all materials.
• Review and edit content produced by other teams to ensure clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy.
• Support internal knowledge sharing and onboarding materials for customers and partners.

Qualifications and Competencies

• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably for SaaS or software products.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (professional fluency required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using documentation tools such as Confluence or similar.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience working in an agile environment is an advantage.
