Cashlez is the first company in Indonesia to locally develop a host of payment solutions which include a fully certified card-present payment gateway and merchant centric reporting tools. The mission is to quickly but steadily evolve to provide merchants with a true omni-channel gateway which includes Cashlez card-present (EDC & mPOS) and Cashlez ecommerce payment services with Open API support for non-competiting payment solutions powered by mobile, ewallet and social media.

Job Description:

• Prepare Technical Documentation
• Create User & Developer Guides
• Develop FAQ & Troubleshooting Guides
• Compile Architecture & Workflow Documentation
• Collaborate with Developers & Engineers
• Understand new features, APIs, or systems that need to be documented
• Gather Information from Product & QA Teams
• Communicate with the UX/UI Team
• Create Diagrams & Visualizations
• Use PlantUML, Lucidchart, or Draw.io to explain system architecture
• Prepare Code Samples & Snippets
• Manage Web-Based Documentation

Qualification:

• Having 2 - 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer
• Have a Basic Understanding of Programming (Familiar with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or others to understand and explain code functionality)
• Understand API Usage & Documentation
• Have Knowledge of Software Architecture (Understand concepts like microservices, databases, cloud computing, and deployment to effectively explain systems)
• Have Experience Using Version Control Systems
• Have Experience Using the Command Line
• Proficient in Documentation Tools
• Strong Collaboration Skills with Developers & IT Teams
• Able to Simplify Complex Concepts
