Position Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring high operational availability and stability for IT support. The position will deliver exceptional IT support services to employees and provide 24-hour coverage for computer systems—either on-site or remotely—based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability and stability of IT support operations.
• Provide high-level IT support to employees, including 24/7 coverage as required.
• Serve as a helpdesk in the absence of a Helpdesk Officer—receive user issues, take follow-up actions via the MIS Helpdesk system, and ensure optimal IT operations.
• Coordinate with and assist HC Group IT in infrastructure implementation and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Technical Computing, or Computer Science, with a GPA of 3.0 or above.
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Experience in diagnosing and resolving network and data communication issues in 24/7 IT operations.
• Willing to be assigned to the Citeureup Plant Site – Bogor, with a shift schedule pattern.
• Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in PC troubleshooting, Microsoft Office 365 products (including Exchange or Outlook), and network topology configuration.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, written and spoken.
