Technical Trainer

We are seeking a highly qualified Technical Trainer to join our Technical Training team and support the development of our workforce as we strive to achieve our strategic objectives.

Your Responsibilities

1. Prepare and conduct technical training programs.
2. Produce training schedules and classroom agendas.
3. Prepare training materials (presentations, worksheets, etc.).
4. Maintain and update training documentation as required.
5. Perform training for internal staff and customer technicians:
   • Internal, based on defined curriculum and technician level.
   • Customer, specifically training for Liebherr mining excavators.
6. Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, etc.
7. Observe and evaluate training results.
8. Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to exceed goals and foster a positive environment.
9. Assist Liebherr MIN technical & operator trainers in conducting customer training programs.
10. Provide technical assistance to field service personnel as required.
11. Assist in evaluating prospective employees and conduct technical assessments.

Your Qualifications

1. At least 1 year in the same field or 3 years in heavy equipment maintenance.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Extensive knowledge of learning principles.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
5. Proven ability to complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate).
6. Experience in designing technical course content.
7. Having a Train the Trainer certificate or willingness to obtain one.
8. Excellent presentation skills.
9. Strong communication skills.
10. Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
11. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
